Has anyone seen the newspaper ad that said, hiring bartenders with exp and no exp to join their network and that a bartender can make as much as $300per shift.I would like to know if anyone has called and joined their network and does it really work.Do they really find you a job and if they do,does a person really make as much as $300 per shift

Thanks,

Don't waste your time responding.  It's bullshit, they want you to pay a fee and claim they will find you work.  I've been bartending over 10 years and to make $300 a night is a rarity!

I HAVE BEEN A BARTENDER FOR SOME TIME AND  YOU CAN MAKE $30. TO $900. DEPENDING ON THE NIGHT.... THE AVERAGE IS MORE LIKE 250. BUT WHAT SUCKS IS THAT THERE IS NO WAY OF TELLING WHAT YOU'LL MAKE THAT NIGHT, OR THE NEXT. SO IT IS NEVER A STEADY PAYCHECK. AS FOR NETWORKING YOU'LL PAY AND THEY WILL PROMISE WORK.... WHICH IS USUALLY AT SCUMMY BARS WHERE YOU'LL MAKE NO MONEY... AND WHO KNOWS HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO EVEN GET THAT.

I have been a Bartender forever also.....Dont do it. Most bars sometimes dont put an ad in the paper. If you need a job ask around to other bartenders you know.... Bartenders always know lots of others, especially when it comes to hooking their own people up. Like its an unwritten law. Good luck!
