Has anyone seen this ad in the newspaper?it said hiring bartenders with exp and none exp to join their network. And it also said that a bartender can make at least $300 per shift. If someone has seen this ad and joined their network,I would like to know if it really works or not.

Basically, from what I was told (someone did a reverse look up on the phone number advertised when I was looking for work) and it's a bartending school. which means they'll likely charge you to take classes of theirs and then place you at some bar.

Bartending classes are expensive, especially if you want a liquor license as well.  But yeah, it's most likely a con to get you into those classes.

We do make good money, but it's like any job in food/beverage service.  Some nights are good, some are bad.  It just all depends on how well you can make a drink and how good you are at sweet talking...
