Hey guys. I'm wondering if there's any bars in the central Jersey area (i'm from somerset county) that have nights where you gotta be 18 and older! I've been to a few, but they were sucky ass bars with a LOT of old men who have a salivating problem. Please help me out! Me & my girls wanna go out and have fun, meet new people. but we're not 21 and most bars it's 21 and over. Thanks!!  |

I believe colorado cafe just got back there 18 yrs old on Thursday nights. Sunday nights have the same policy. Hope this help. I dont know to many in that area

If ur loking for some bars that u can get into if ur under 18. Try Newark theres tons of bars in a little area. Im sure u'll find at least one that will let u in. Especialy if u and ur friends are good lookin they woint turn u down. but if i had to suggest one try Happy Hour on warwick st. Theres always UA drinking going on. Either that or the SCP on ferry st. But theyre not open every weekend. Trust me i've been going to some of those bars since i was like 17. If u and ur friends ever need a tour guide feel free to hit me up. I'll show u guys around newark. And dont worry i promise no 1 will get shot, were talking bout the Ironbound Where all the chops are.

Uh ... I dont think thats such a good idea. I have heard and seen enough horror storys in Newark to know wondering around the streets Drunk at night is a bad idea. There is a reason why all the Convience Stores Close at 6pm man.
I strolled out of this bar "McGoverns" down there one night with a bunch of my buddys they kept on walking to the car and I cut off into a parking lot to take a piss. Over off behind me about 50 yards was these 5 dudes standing in a circle kicking the and stomping at these two dudes on the ground. The one guy is yanking at the guy on the grounds Bag or Purse (it could have been a chick on the ground) and to be P.C. these guys assaulting the other two didnt look like "College Students" in a drunken fight.
After watching that shit, I dont care what no body says, I would never advise anyone to cruise around down there looking for and underaged bar. Cause I will tell you these Unsavory Characters know where these bars are too, and they got home field advantage.
Thats my two cents.
